How to end a conversation in help chat

Description of the issue:
I want to make several location edit requests in the help chat. I have finished making one request. The last step of the request is to upload photos as evidence. I uploaded some.
Here’s the question: I cannot close this conversation so as to start a new one. There is no button, and there doesn’t seem to be any info about a keyword to end the conversation. Refresh the page does not help.

Date first (or most recently) experienced: 2024-04-11

Device type, model, and operating system:
MacBook, macOS and Edge browser.

My understanding is that you can do one request then when the decision is made you can do another.
The conversation will be closed after you get a reply I think.

Yes that’s what I think, too. After several appeals, I found the reply will typically come within 24 hours. That’s some time I could wait.
