If I’m correct, this appears to be a directional sign to a church. Directional signs do not meet criteria, per the clarification below:

Although this could be mistaken for a trail marker, it is simply a set of directions to various places in the city so it is not eligible.

It’s hard to tell from the smaller pictures, but it looks like the sign is right on the edge of the road, so may have been judged to not have safe access to stand there

It would be better to submit the church itself than this sign, and if the church is already a PoI then I would count the sign as a duplicate of the church, since it doesnt really add anything more ie its not an information sign
