How would I submit a wayspot whose image was incorrectly used for another wayspot

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this but it doesn’t seem to fit any of the topics exactly. A local nature preserve has a trail where someone has submitted stops using photos of trail markers but in wrong physical locations. I am submitting move request for most since they are over 10 meters off. In one instance, there is a physical trail marker at the location but an image of a different trail marker was used to create the waypoint. The trail marker whose image was used at the incorrect location is the next one down the trail. I would like to submit a wayspot for that trail marker but am concerned that it would get marked as a duplicate. What is the best way to correct the wrong image on the existing wayspot? Should I attempt to move it to the correct spot or update the original image?

In game Wayspot with incorrect image:

Actual Photo of the trail marker at that location (Note the fence in the background matches the fence line in the satellite photo above and you can see the trail marker in the back whose image was used to create this wayspot):

Trail marker whose photo was used to create the waypoint (location: 27.824919, -82.128486):

Note the wood pattern appears very similar to the image used to create the wayspot. I realize the hiker emblem is missing but that is the case on may of the wayspots in this park.

Note the fence line and other trail marker in the back
