Whenever I try to submit or save a draft I get the message " something unexpected has happened. Please refresh this page" using a pixel 10a android 16.

It usually happens when the server fails to process your submission data when the network connection drops momentarily.
Please ensure that you’re connected to a strong and stable network to avoid this issue.
