I don’t understand why when I’m walking around other places there are tons of fountains and playgrounds everywhere as PokéStops or Gyms, however, when I request a PokéStop at the fountain/playground in my town they deny it, it makes me want to uninstall the game.
You posted about the playground elsewhere. Would you care to share your fountain nomination? Screenshots from your contributions page would help us advise.

A wayspot submission has to not have signifcant errors, as well as being for an eligible object. If you want to post the full details of your submission, including the location coordinates from the submission receipt email, you will get advice on why it was rejected.
