I have an Upgrade that I can't use

My profile shows I have an upgrade ready to be used but when I go to try to upgrade a contribution I cannot find the upgrade button anywhere. Note I have already upgraded one nomination in the past and it went smoothly.

Any one else encountering this bug? Thanks

You can only upgrade your submission after 24 hours have passed

It’s a relatively recent change. It’s so you don’t waste an upgrade before the automatic process has checked your submission
