I would have a very hard time believing this object is historic. You’re making it unnecessarily misleading.
I would also refrain from discussing the pedestrian access and apartment building so much in the supporting information field. There isn’t enough space there to pre-empt every possible rejection, nor is it the goal of this space. Instead I would suggest highlighting what makes the nomination eligible.
Your descprition suggested to me that it is the main company, not a branch. As per your explanation, this is a generic business at best. The sign itself is nice, but not very special. A regular style, I see in many places around Europe. I see nothing making this a good spot to meet people, nor to explore.
In general, if you want to sell something like a sign to someone like me, you need a superb photo and and provide an accurate, inviting descpription and/or supporting info.
In my area we have a few signs that got accepted, so it is possible. But these are much more more artful signs and lead to more important places than a wine shop.
Hola Pex988, espero te encuentres muy bien, da mucha alegría que personas como tú se interesen en el juego y los hagan llegar a personas que casi no cuentan con “pokestops” cercanas, como en este caso.
Se aprecia mucho tu intención, pero también es importante cuidar la integridad física de las personas que juegan Pokemon Go, prácticamente su propuesta está en la carretera, esto podría presentar un riesgo para los jugadores y personas que no son jugadores, ya que al tener personas en el sitio, restringirían el paso de otras personas.
Como te sugieren otros evaluadores, quizás sería más interesante tomar una fotografía más panorámica que exclusiva a un letrero.
Nuevamente, agradezco tu esfuerzo, porque no todos se dan el tiempo de hacer descripciones y hacer aportaciones para la comunidad de Pokemon Go.

Soy de Mazatlán, Sinaloa, México, no hay nada más placentero que, una vez que se entienda el fin de una propuesta, esta sea aceptada por miembros de la comunidad o por Niantic misma.
