If I understand correctly, you nominated a wayspot? If so, it can take some time for a new nomination to enter community review. It will first be looked at by a Machine Learning (ML) program as an initial filter. If it passes that it can go to community voting. Voting times are also quicker if there are many people local to you that do Wayfarer reviews. So it is very hard to guess how quickly something will be decided on.
