I submitted the proposal (mural pájaro) on August 17th to the location 5.070020, -75.492785, as indicated in the email.
On August 20th, I received the reviewers’ decision (not accepted).
On October 26th, I submitted an appeal to Niantic, as I believe it’s important to add that it’s a beautiful, large mural depicting a real-world scene.
On October 28th, Niantic decided it was unacceptable, and I also noticed they listed it as a duplicate of another nearby mural located at 5.069709, -75.492687 (the “girl” mural). This is truly unfair. I really enjoy reviewing and submitting proposals, and then I receive a suspension, right before the Wild Area event.
I can go back to the location and send video of both murals and locations.
Then i suggest you do it. I have been looking at it for 10mins. I cant even find the building. I suggest you to put in more effort to get evidence of its location. Otherwise this wont be the last time you got reported.
If people spend 5-10mins and still cant find the location , people are gonna assume that its missplaced.
It seems to share the same cell with la ninna mural and missplacing it will put it into empty cell. I am not pointing finger , just telling from reviewer point of view.
