When submitting a Wayspot Appeal, make sure to include as much of the following information as possible:
-
Wayspot Title: Red Hood Figure
-
Location (lat/lon): 48.864212, 2.773165
-
City: Chessy SE
-
Country: France
-
Additional Information (if any): The shop is opening on the 29th of march for the public, but Google Maps has not been updated for years in this area. There are some added Wayspots in the area which can help positioning. There is also a bigger picture in my submission, which can be matched with the picture in this article:

I would recommend that you resubmit your nomination using a supporting photo that includes a GPS Location Stamp. You can download a free app like GPS Map Camera. This GPS photo will at least provide evidence that your nomination actually exists at the pinned location.
You will also need to provide evidence that your nomination is permanent and not an in-store, retail display that is subject to change.
I would love to know more about the nomination. I have so many questions why / what makes it OK to nominate. So I know what I can do…
As it looks like a wooden hand puppet. you can see it held up with the strings. There is no idea of longevity around it. Is it a sales item and someone says I want one of those. In a disney place to be kept clean all the time you don’t want stuff like that hanging around (merchandise sat costs money). In fact any good retail place does not want merch sitting.
It does not look permanent. So many questions…I would argue you will need to prove that it is not meant for sale or a sales promo piece. And is fixed in one place. I guess I am repeating what @apokecalypto said…
If the focus of the nomination is the figure, I would advise to research more about the figure and include information such as the creator name, possible age, if the figure was utilized in any events/presentations,etc. I think that would add credibility and a sense of relevance.
Surely there are better things to submit in Disneyland than a random decoration in a store.

Even if this isn’t a sale item I would only see it as a decoration.
If you are going to class “Little Red Riding Hood” as Iconic this is only a puppet of said character.
I would find this extremely difficult to Accept.
