After this matter regarding a rejected appeal of mine was resolved ( I disagree with the outcome of one of my appeals ), I remembered a similar appeal from a while back that was also rejected that I’d like to have another look taken at.
I would like to once again point at this website (Street-art in Eindhoven | This is Eindhoven) as proof that the city of Eindhoven works with local artists to decorate various boring parts of the city like power boxes.
This particular power box is part of a series of works by the same artist that are in the nearby area, and most of them exist as Pokestops. You can clearly see the recurring theme of pottery with colores vines weaving around them.
