All 3 of these appear to be rejected with the reason of 3rd party photos.
If they are not your own photos you can’t use them as they are notyours to give to Niantic to use.
Is that the case?
Just based on the photos, the most likely 3rd party source to have been used is google streetview. This is where people sometimes take photos from without realising it is not allowed. This is an absolute rejection reason - there is no room for doubt and no possibility that 3rd party photos can ever be used.

Mas não conseguem perceber que uma pokeparada foi adicionada no local errado, isso eles não conseguem ver. Vou mandar 4 fotos e mostrar que um outro jogador da área tirou foto da igreja e colocou a localização no lugar errado pra ficar em frente a casa dele.

You can edit location for those missplaced wayspot. Or you can report them for removal if they are fake. Anything present doesnt set precedent. Each wayspot will be reviewed by its own merit.
If the wayspot is ald submitted in wrong location its better to edit , rather than resubmitting. You can use help chat if its more than 10m. You can add all supporting evidence there to support your claim.
For location edit suggest using GPSCameraApp which will add the GPS Co-ords to the photo.
Definitely take one of the actual correct location and maybe what can be seen at the incorrect stated location.
You can then use these in the Help Chat to back up your claims.

Anyone can request edit and removal.it doesnt have to be the submitter
You can request a location edit for any waypoint no matter who requested it. You just have to prove the correct location.
Allowing someone to just state “it should be here” will lead to waypoints being moved back and forth.
Taking an image of the waypoint showing the GPS Co-Ords will confirm the correct location.
