On February 11th, a Wayspot application for “memorial Tree and Wooden Bench” was submitted. The application was rejected due to the following reasons: “The location does not match the photo and/or map” and “The text and/or photos contain slander, harassment, or insults against specific individuals or groups.”
Regarding the location, I understand that it is a relatively new park and aerial photographs show it to be under construction, but I cannot accept the reason for denial, which is that it “contains harassment, ridicule, or harassment of specific individuals or groups,” so I filed a complaint.
I received the results of my appeal today on the 20th, but as you can see in the attached screenshot, I received an email informing me that my appeal was in violation of policy, and then an hour later I received an email confirming my appeal. I think one of the two is wrong, so what should I do in this case?
