There is a POI (Pokéstop already in game) of a business that has been closed for over a year. This business is permanently closed.

I believe with this Information this qualifies for removal.

I did not get an email, but you are correct. The Brickhouse Tavern Pokéstop/waypoint is no longer live in game.
