Can you share the rejection email? you need to report removal in game 1st and get rejected before you can make appeal here.
Have you tried to request a location edit via the wayfarer support chat on the wayfarer help page? Google seems to suggest that the correct location for this business is Carraro Tower, Av. Salvador Markowicz, 135 - Sala 104 - Jardim Sao Jose, Bragança Paulista - SP, 12916-400, Brazil.

I cannot request the removal or location edit in game because this misplaced Wayspot is inside a restricted gated residential community and I cannot physically reach the interaction radius to trigger the report button. Furthermore, it completely lacks a photo and does not even appear on the Wayfarer map web interface. Since its current coordinates are severely wrong, it is breaking the local map synchronization. Please help me by removing it or moving it to its actual correct location at the Carraro Tower business building.
You don’t need to be close to a wayspot to move it via help chat!

Thank you for the advice and for sharing the screenshot. As you can see in the screenshots I am attaching to this reply, this specific Wayspot completely does not appear on my Wayfarer map web interface, which confirms the synchronization glitch on my end. In the first screenshot, I drew a blue circle showing exactly where it is currently appearing inside my game interface, just to clarify so it doesn’t get confused. In the second screenshot, the blue circle represents where it incorrectly shows up on the map, while the red circle marks its actual, real-world location at the Carraro Tower. I have just opened a support ticket directly with the Niantic automated chat to report this 1-kilometer displacement that places a commercial clinic inside a gated residential community. However, since the database mismatch is so large and severe, I honestly don’t expect the automated bot to be enough to fix this issue on its own, which is why manual staff intervention here would be deeply appreciated. I will follow up through the support chat as well.
