I’m unsure if Zebra Mosaic (38.986697, -77.095261) is going to be removed but construction has already altered the middle mosaic.

Thanks for the appeal, @Ribcage. After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to retire the Wayspot in question.
