  • Additional Information (if any): These are older signs that were replaced in Thetis Regional Park. The wayspot located at the trail entrance called “Trillium Trail Head” is the new updated sign used in the park. Many signs were updated to advise on use and whether certain activities are permitted, such as multi-use for bike paths, horses and walking, and which activities are not permitted.
Here is the current game photo

As well as the older streetview, where you can see the old trail sign. FYI this sign was in the wrong location as not originally placed on the trail. You can see the white sign with the smaller brown one up above the gate to the path.

In the current new trailhead for Trillium Trail which is a wayspot you can see the old stump of the post in front of the trash bin. As well as a new rules and regulation sign further past. These are the new updated signs throughout the CRD.

Here is a view going west from the trail entrance, away from the parking lot

Then a view looking east towards the parking, where you can see a new updated trail map with information on difficulty levels for mountain-bikers etc. These were updated in 2022. As well, you can see the parking lot and trailhead. New, Rated Mountain Biking Trails Coming to Thetis Lake Regional Park

Thanks for the appeal, @TheOneXanthippe After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to retire the Wayspot in question.
