Is it possible to make a request to move a pokestop?
Yes, but be certain that it is an actual real life correction. You can request a shorter edit in game, or use help chat at https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/new/help if it is too far for you to do that way.
Would you like advice on whether you should pursue the edit? You can give us the details of why you are requesting the move.

Just to add to @cyndiepooh 's post moving a waypoint for gaming reasons is classed as Abuse and can get you warnings or suspensions. These will include both Wayfarer and any Niantic Games.
Please be careful when making “Location Edit” requests.
If the waypoint is in a “Incorrect” location you can request a “Location Edit”.
Some “Better” location edits are acceptable for example if the pin is placed in the middle of a football pitch moving to the side of the pitch is acceptable.
If the waypoint is in a “Correct” location moving it even to another “Correct” location is Abuse.
