A nomination was rejected and one of the reasons was that’s on private property. Is a hotel pool, so even if it’s not accessible for everyone it is accessible for the hotel guests.

I believe that is a wrong rejection reason. Many reviewers have outdated understanding on pools.

Yes. The apartment complex is multi family. All kind of different residents and any of their friends can go vs a single family
Wayspot are allowed in multi family area like condominium, apartment or business. Only Single Family Private Residential Property(SFPRP) is not allowed.
Dont bother about the rejection. Reviewer just human like us. Resubmit with explanation or you can appeal. You have 2 appeal, each with 15days cooldown
