Is Japanese forum "Button" intended to do this?

So I look around some stuff on Japanese forum and I found something weird. If I press the redirect to Japanese forum, it guide me to the announcement, which is nice. But it might confuse a lot of new Japanese upcoming people on why there are no post, or how they are not allowed to made any post.

Wouldn’t it better to guide people into General Discussion section instead? So when if I press the JP forum button, it will show me into the general discussion section instead, so I would get an interface like this if I press the button.

I know this is gimmick on my part but that could help boosting visibility of newcomer.

On an iPhone the navigation bar itself is an issue - the smaller screen results in the rest of the bar beyond “Help Center” being not visible.

On my ipad ( main device I use for wayfarer) I don’t even get as far as the help centre

I can no longer navigate easily to the forms when helping others.

I completely agree the inability to access links to forms on many devices is very inconvenient. Many people here were relying on them.
