Is this a duplicate, or not?

I had originally reported one of the following as a duplicate and was rejected. While I was gathering additional evidence it appears that, well, the same “sculpture” is in two locations, so technically, they are both correct, but… it is the same fancy version of the number portion of the street address (which is why I originally reported).

What are your thoughts?

It simply freezes my brain.

Also, looking at the first image, I have to ask:

Am I the only one who brushes off cobwebs before taking a photo?

They are similar but obviously different locations. However its hard to understand how a street number meets any criteria anyway? How was this explained in the supporting info?
