The website is loading normally for me as well; I just did five reviews to confirm. (Side note, I recently changed my bonus location, to a place about 900 km away from me, and 3 of the 5 were from within 100 km of the new bonus, including one in the same city).
I ve submitted 2 wayspots in this timeframe and I didnt receive a confirmation email. I guess i have to submit them again?
