Are laser tag and/or jelly ball spots acceptable. I’m having trouble navigating through all the information for a clear answer
I don’t know what “jelly ball” is, but would think that laser tag places would be acceptable as great places to be sociable or exercise.
Jelly ball is a little like paint ball but with much smaller softer balls made for small kids as well as older. It’s hysterical to watch. It’s supposed to be teams almost always made up of one group of friends or family vs another. What always happens is kids go after poor dad for both jelly ball or laser tag. It’s so much fun to watch a bunch literally climb in dad n pulverize him even after he is technically out. The staff laughs so hard. I think Yogi was laughing so hard inside his costume he nearly lost his head. Omg. Fun
A social place looks eligible but the question is how the place looks like., does it have website?is it on streetview/satelite? It would make it easier to get it accepted if there are more information.
Wayfarer operates around principles that can then be applied globally. So there is no list of places that conveys eligibility or acceptability. Each case is put forward to be assessed on its own merits.
So something that involves people playing together that involves movement and talking to each other is meeting the base criteria under exercise and social. Both are designed to do that.
You then need to make sure that the particular activity does not meet any rejection reasons.
For example is it a permanent location?
The Jelly ball game did raise questions as from online I can see it is sometimes event based. So you would need to ensure you show any specific submission was permanent.
Although it says all ages it jelly ball does seem aimed at children. Your description was of adults typically being present but a submission would need to be clear that this not the sort of facility where children are taken and left.
Remember that although you are familiar with what happens not all reviewers will be, so provide the answers to questions reviewers may have.
