Encouraging people to accept can be seen as Abuse.
Reviewers should always vote on the full nomination, it has nothing to do with whether it is “convenient”.
When it goes to a Vote it will be local reviewers that vote on it (local in Niantic terms can be quite a distance), it is unlikely that the people voting in your area are all going to be on these forums.
If you want advice on whether you can expect it to be Accepted please post screen grabs of the full nomination including both images, Title, Description, Supplemental and location.

We don’t get to select what we review. Very short answer: The pool of reviewers for any proposed wayspot is generally determined by Niantic.
Apartment complex signs generally are not eligible as they don’t meet eligibility criteria as a great place to be social, exercise or explore. Some do get accepted, but that isn’t common. Some can be eligible, ie., they have historic or artistic merit.
If you want help finding potential wayspots in your area let us know. Many of us like “driving the Google car around” (figuratively) to spot potential good nominations for others.

I had a look around your area on google and there are other things to submit.
There seems to be some sort of social space at the back of the church. Is it somewhere where people gather?
Is the Apostolic church still there?
The Baptist church seems to have a bell outside.
And is this coffee place and its figure a permanent business?
I’m sure some Americans could have a better look around.
