The first one has very clearly readable license plates in the photo. To protect other’s privacy this is not allowed.
Wayfarer is the base map and other games like pogo and pikmin only use a select number of they total waypoints. They playground is already on the wayfarer map, pogo just chose not to use it.
The third is dark and not really clear what you are nominating. It just looks like city landscaping. Likley declined for photo quality.
