You get two appeals, each of which returns 15 days after being used. If you do not have an appeal button, this will be because you used both appeals in the past couple of weeks. When this happens, please wait for the appeal to return.
Unfortunately, you cannot appeal in this forum when you have not yet appealed through Wayfarer as normal. What you can do is get advice from fellow wayfarers

Why has most have the text been added to the photo not the mural itself?
The “Lion Mission” text follows a perfect horizontal line on the photo but not on the mural.. As do the “The 2018…” and list of names.
Something has been covered in the bottom right?
Could you please supply the Co-ords so this could be checked on Street View…

Hi again and welcome, same question here as to your other post - what are you trying to do? This forum is not where you nominate wayspots, you have to do it via the Wayfarer website or the Pokémon GO game.
As others have said, edited photos do not work and are not eligible either way, so if you submitted it like that you should withdraw.
If this has been rejected and you are looking for advice on a resubmission please provide the full nomination.
