First I am going to move this to general discussion as it is not suitable for the exact purpose of the appeals section.
To request a location edit you use the help chat on the wayfarer pages.
However in your case everything looks correct.
You can see the current position on Satellite view and the photo for the play area and it would seem that the current position is accurate. The move you are suggesting would take it off the real location.
Any attempt to move it away from an accurate location will be seen as malicious and may result in a sanction on your wayfarer and game account.,
My advice is to leave alone.
The play area is actually inaccurately pinned, probably it is located at the place the photo was taken.
On a final note a small play area like this should only have one wayspot to represent the area.
