New location: 35.7716176, -95.3861469

The current pokestop location is at the bottom road of the church, which is highly inconvenient for people who are actually attending or at the church building.

This seems like 1 of those where someone uses the Sign as an anchor for the actual wayspot.

IMO it should be at the actual Wayspot itself but often these are seen as “OK” and are not moved.

Hello,
The team will only move a wayspot if it is wrongly located.
The type of reasons you give are not about it being wrong but more broadly about convenience.
If you wish to try then the correct route is via help chat on the wayfarer site

You can suggest a location, but the team ultimately decides where they believe the best location is.

It is wrong, it is not located at the church sign either. It is both inconvenient and wrongly located

That looks like the church sign to me?
I will normally submit at the church not the sign, but my understanding is that this acceptable.
As I said you can try.

I don’t know how to submit my appeal, when I go to help on wayfarer I’m lost on what to do after that

To request a location edit, which is what you are doing

On left go to help
clicking there should bring up an orange bubble bottom right click on that brings up the dialogue window.
you give your email
You will need the name of the wayspot, current location and suggested new location.
If you have any other evidence such as photos there is an option to add.
You just then wait usually done within 24 hours is often reported here.
