Lost waypoints

So there was a few waypoints that were accepted through the wayfarer app, that didnt appear in games despite meeting the inclusion rules. With the split from niantic, will these waypoints be lost forever?

Saturn lol. But ive also found out about a basketball court near the city center of glasgow thats also not in either game, my assumption is it was through the wayfarer app as well
