Made a mistake on first submission, need staff help

Hello i made a mistake on my first submission i have ever done, the area i picked i just found out it is actually private as i wasn’t allowed anymore by security after having no issues before. I wasn’t aware or told this upon submitting but now i need to help removing it as i believe those to be a critical error. I wasn’t sure if there was a way to submit a support ticket but was recommended to open a thread here for support. I uploaded screenshots of the submission but if there’s anything else needed from me please let me know. Please help

You don’t need to remove this. Wayspots can exist in private spots like this (just not single family residential spots). As long as there are people who are allowed to access it, like the employees, it is fine.

Oh ok well that is definitely a relief to know, i thought i had made a mistake as since i found out i wasn’t public and didn’t want to get in any trouble so just wanted to be sure and worst case try and get the request removed.

The confusion comes from the way this is stated in the Acceptance Criteria

Must be safe and publicly accessible by pedestrians (indoor or outdoor)

I think they are trying to say that it can’t be a restricted area even for those allowed to be there with that statement, but it certainly is not clear that something doesn’t have to be public property to be acceptable.

Thank you so much! Yes this helps a lot, hopefully it may still be able to pass but i wanted to be safe and ask for help as i was afraid of getting in trouble if i had made in error on the submission by accident after finding out it wasn’t public. :frowning:

Looks like a pretty good nomination to me for your first one!! Private property is only for individual houses and apartments so you’re fine.
