Hola, tengo una mejora disponible y no me aparece la opción de usarla. Siempre he podido mejorar mis solicitudes cuando he tenido mejoras disponibles, pero esta vez no me aparece.

Upgrades cannot be used until around 24 hours after uploading the submissions.
This is to avoid wasting an upgrade on something that will be rejected automatically by the ML system.
You can only apply upgrade after 24hours. This is done to allow AI check to pass so that you wont waste your upgrade if it got AI rejection

I would never say “can’t” because unusual situtations can happen. For example if the “automated process” has been offline, and then is turned back on. I usually wait a little longer before applying an upgrade anyway, because we have seen a lot of reports of submissions upgraded right away actually taking longer to get a decision than ones that are not upgraded. I wait until something is around 4 days old, or already in voting, before I use an upgrade.
