New to nominating stops. Is the reason this was rejected due to local member of government being on the stop seats? .

From the pictures, it looks like it was rejected for being an ordinary bench at an ordinary bus stop, which is just street infrastructure.
The title is confusing, as it isn’t only for Members (of what?) and the description doesn’t match the Members Only phrase, but fixing that won’t stop the basic problem.
