I’m a bit concerned that my submissions would be denied because of what I named each of them. 38.897898, -77.010575 Is for one of my submissions and the other is 38.898394, -77.010733.
What did you name them? You can go and edit them on the Wayfarer site as long as they’ve not gone in to Voting yet

The community here will not be able to see any wayspots that have yet to be agreed. If you would like help with ones you have been voted on then you will need to give us some details of the submission. Typically what it is and where.
If the tag on the contributions page says “in queue” you can press the hold button to effectively freeze the nomination whilst you get advice, and make amendments using the edit button.
If the tag says “in voting” then you can’t edit it. If you tell us more we can advise.
Thanks I was able to edit both I appreciate the help. How long is the wait time and I have plans on making one a gym at some point I believe the area is fitting and reaches the guidelines. Again, thanks for the help.

If it is less than 24 hours then it has yet to pass the auto check. This can result in a rejection if the system thinks it likely to be rejected. This can incur false rejections - ask for advice here if that happens.
The time is variable as it depends on the number of people reviewing in the area ( which covers quite a distance) it can be a week or two, or it can be several months.
It sounds as though you might not be aware of some of the inclusion rules around acceptance and use into Pokémon Go.

I believe it’ll be fine especially since I edited the names. The locations are in a high density area and it’s a hotel in which I work at so I see why not considering it’s being reviewed by other people.
