Missing Arena in Pokemon go

Hello,

I have a question, why is the arena that was in the dote that i draw no longer on the map?

It disappeared from the Niantic and Pokemon go maps on the 19.05.2026.

It had been there for easily 5-6 months without any problems.

Out of curiosity, what was the wayspot in question? Street view stops before this location and seems to show the entrance to a farm at the point where it stopped.

it was the rock of a hstorique monument near a dirt road ( accecible for civilian)

and the thing that i don’t understand the arena pokestop was there for quite some time but when i did the other pokestop. The one near my hause became a gym and 10-8 day later it is delete ?

Maybe you can provide more details of the Historic Rock.

yea this is the house the rock is in the wall and it is visible from the road and not in the private property.

I can’t give you a pic rn becaus i don’t have it on my phone and it the night rn so i can’t go take it right now

If it’s part of the wall, and the wall is part of the private residence, then it’s not eligible, even if it’s on the side of the wall that faces a public area.

If that applies, then I’m surprised it actually got accepted in the first place.

reviewers can make mistakes. anyone who happened to see this on the map can now report.

but nobody ever came here only me and my mom so we didn’t report it is it becaus we add a other pokestop to make a gym that it go delete

I was trying to let you know that anyone anywhere in the world could see this on the Wayfarer map and report it if it is ineligible. It does not have to be someone who was there in person.

I don’t even understand what this Wayspot was for, am just trying to answer your questions about how it could exist and then be removed.

and we don’t recive a mail when it go delete ?

No you only get an email for an acceptance, not removals. You also get emails if they find you have done something wrong (abuse).

So while this does look like an ineligible location since it is part of a single family Private residential property (SFPRP), it wasn’t flagged as abuse, just as a removal. But please don’t resubmit as this could be considered abuse.

Thanks for the appeal, @Tryhlas! We have taken another look but stand by our decision to retire this Wayspot.
