Hi all, apologies in advance if general discussion isn’t the right flair for this issue, but didn’t know what category this falls under. I’ve been building up our community ambassador campsite with wayspot submissions, as our city has grown and been redeveloped a lot since the pandemic. I recently submitted the 20th wayspot needed for a gym to be created in a cell, and the gym didn’t appear at all. The 20th submission is a Pokéstop, and I’ve counted it a few times to make sure there’s 20. What can I do to have the 3rd gym finally appear?
For reference, the cell is at Wadsworth Blvd and Ralston Road in Arvada, Colorado. Below is screenshots with the gyms and the Pokéstops in-game. The gym on the corner of the street to the west is in a different cell as I understand it.

That should put you in the cell with the missing gym
Are you talking about cell to the North. This shows as one more required for a 3rd gym.
Are there any sponsored gyms in that cell?
I am! There’s two sponsored/community campsite Pokestops, but not a sponsored gym

the cell you posted only has 19 waypoints showing.
As well as Sponsored when was the last wayspot Accepted?
The last wayspot accepted was June 7th. There’s two campfire Pokestops, one sharing a cell with a gym. Would that require another submission to trigger a gym to be created?
It’s the occupied cells that matter.

Sounds good, I can probably find something worth of a wayspot submission!
There is a gym at the creek side community building not sure of its location within the building but some of that building is in empty cells.
What else is in there?
Are there any other gyms around?
If I see this sort of satelitte view in the U.K. I think of a community garden?

There is a geo marker that you might want to search for. One says it was at the corner of a tennis court in 1984 on the middle school but that location is now the colorado gives foundation. The other looks like its on the west pilion of the overpass so not accessible.
I can only see one in this cell, “Arvada Campsite - Caring”.
The nearest one I can see which shares a L17 cell with a gym is “Genuine” but that’s in a different L14 cell.
