Hey everyone, I had a PokéStop nomination approved more than 48 hours ago, but it still hasn’t appeared in Pokémon GO. I also checked Ingress and Monster Hunter Now, and it isn’t showing in either game.
Has anyone experienced a similar delay recently? Could it still be waiting to sync, or does this likely mean the location didn’t meet the game’s inclusion rules even though the nomination itself was approved?

MHN does not have regular syncs.
When scopely bought Niantic Ingress stayed with Niantic spatial and as of 25th May 2025 it completely split and there are no more syncs.
You need to read about how wayspots are selected for pokemon Go.

It is quite technical but essentially the world is split into boxes called S2 level 17 cells. Onlyt 1 wayspot in one of those can appear as a stop or gym.
The unfortunate news is that your wayspot shares a cell with the gym - Max G Croxdale memorial and so cant appear.
