its a very open and friendly community with open picnic areas clear signage and lots of sidewalks connecting it throughout the wider community.
The red circle and green X are too close to each other to both be pokestops. But one of them can probably be a power spot.
Red circle is a grill and picnic table - great spot to be social.
Green X should represent either a gathering space inside the clubhouse or the fitness center. That building has both and only someone at the location would know which side of the building they’re on.
The orange X is the pool, which is a great place both to exercise and be social with neighbors.

Getting just one of these approved will flip a gym, though it will most likely be the existing pokestop - the wooden cross at the nearby church.
It is difficult to know what is possible and seaprincesshnb has given some great advice so do follow that. Take the lead from the advice as to how to construct titles and descriptions. You don’t need to elaborate hugely just say what they are.

This would not be eligible for consideration because of its unsafe location at a road median. You need to stand safely where it is and that is not possible .
Estate maps that simply show the layout of houses, especially as an aid to selling plots are not something that would be eligible. And that looks like the leasing office.
These are better described as estate plans. They are not the sort of maps that will enable exploration to interesting locations.
I know that estate/neighborhood signs are popping up all over the game board. Just seeing them in game does not mean they should have been accepted. I do not see how this one would meet any criteria of a great place to exercise, explore, or be social, even if this weren’t in an ineligible location. I wish the Wayfarer team would make a clarification on these (even if the clarification is that they think they make good Wayspots) so that we can point people to it.
tysm for the information! I just moved here and there like no stops here and its driving me up a wall. I put one in for our bike rack, one for each picnic table with a grill, one for monument and im hoping to get a gym… Can you show the map like that a bit more zoomed out?
it actually is a map used by the community, the guests and vendors. None of the apartments are for sale its just a community place of renters for new sacramento residents
That doesn’t sound like a good candidate for Wayfarer. It sounds like generic infrastructure. Eligible maps are typically helping people find places of local interest, not just apartment buildings.
On streetview, this map isn’t clear so it could be an estate plan for selling houses OR a map for visitors and residents. That’s why @elijustrying is asking for a photo of the map
One of these is not eligible, the other probably is (It does sound like the latter)
As said, I would give it a try. Don’t think it is a slam dunk nomination, but I do think local reviewers might approve it. If you don’t try you will never know.
I would not approve this. I do not consider any of the places on this map “interesting.” The gym and pool are eligible as wayspots because they meet the exercise criteria. But the map doesn’t meet criteria, in my opinion.
