This game would really pop off if every street sign was a pokestop. (Players could report unsafe ones). Places like my community where you have to walk over a mile before you get more than 1 or 2 stops would benefit greatly. There is not a single in game place on my entire street. But there are plenty of bus stops and street signs. I hope the testing for those goes well. Thanks for reading. I just wanted to show my support for the idea.

Niantic have already done a few imports in some places, to test ideas like this.
However, making every street sign everywhere a pokestop would mean inner-city areas that are already very well populated would get even more pokestops. This would do nothing to change the difference between urban, suburban and countryside, so a lot of players would still perceive this as unfair.
It would also make wayfarer almost pointless.
I think this is a extremely bad idea.
The game is Pokemon Go, the idea is to go out and explore. Why bother exploring if everything you need can be reached sat at home.
My closest stop is approx 500m away and am happy about that. Not too far if I was desperate but far enough that once I get there I might as well continue to the next 1…
Unfortunately, the staff currently working at Niantic don’t understand your point.
I am not in any of Niantic’s test areas so I have no idea how prevalent they are. I am under the impression that the Niantic “Street Corners” are not “every street corner”.
My initial reaction was “Please, No” but if used correctly I can see that Niantic’s process could help in some areas but I would make a more informed decision only if it was used in my area.
OP stated “every street sign” which personally I would hate to see. In any place apart from the most remote areas this would put a stop (or multiple if the rules change to allow “every street sign”) in the majority of L17 cells.
