How can i move the pokestop “Bubble (Tea) Brigida” more near its actual position even tho it doesn’t appear in the game? (The actual position is on the spot of the red dot under the blue dots)
You can use help chat at https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/new/help to request a location correction for any wayspot. A speech bubble will pop up there. They will probably need evidence such as geotagged photos.
I do want to note that Niantic could decide to leave it, move it to a different location than the requested one, or decide to remove it completely. Sometimes that catches people by surprise when they do not make the edit that was requested.

It only appears on PC or on mobile too?
Now i did that (the pokestop got removed for no reason so i submit it again)

If it was removed, you should not be resubmitting it. Wayspots do not get removed for no reason.
Is it because it was on the fence of Istituto Comprensivo Brigida? Schools are not eligible places for Wayspots.
It’s not inside the school
In areas that are not eligible (schools etc) this includes attached to the boundary (Fence, wall, hedge etc).

You should only do correction. If the wayspot is gone or in ineligible location, you shouldnt resubmit it.
