Description of the issue: An in-app support chat agent approved a location edit for the Wayspot “Mural Artístico Turma do Sertão” last Friday. However, after several days and multiple daily sync cycles, the change has not synced to Pokémon GO, even though the target S2 cell is completely empty. When I tried to contact chat support again to check on the sync status, the automated agent closed it stating the location was already correct based on the update. This confirms a technical synchronization bug between the Wayfarer database and Pokémon GO. I am attaching screenshots of both chat responses as proof.

Even when staff do action a location edit request, they do not always put it where you ask them to. The current location is at -22.945223,-43.366230, which is inside an occupied L17 S2 cell, so it is still not eligible to be used as a Pokestop.
If this position is not correct, you can ask again. If you lose help chat history, you can use the form linked under “Wayspot Removals” to make other modification requests. They will need some kind of proof of the location, such as geo tagged photos or video documentation.
The Wayspot has already been moved to its correct location.
These are not the correct coordinates. Please note that attempting to move a Wayspot to an incorrect location to manipulate the gameboard is considered abuse and may lead to sanctions on your accounts.
I want to emphasize that I have absolutely no intention of manipulating the map. The previous coordinates were a mistake, as they accidentally placed the pin in the middle of the street (Rua Jeremias).
The artwork “Mural Artístico Turma do Sertão” is actually located on the public pedestrian sidewalk right next to the “Capela de São Jorge-CDD” church.
