It was accepted 4 days ago and still hasn’t appeared. It’s called fikaplats and should be located a few meters from 57.68654,11.90940.
Your “Fikaplats” is in the same L17 S2 cell as “Green Noodles” so is not eligible to appear as a Pokestop.

Hello and welcome to the forums,
Unfortunately fikaplats is in the same S2 cell as Green Noodles, so it won’t appear in Pokémon GO as a Pokéstop, you may see it turn up as a Power Spot though.
