Hello and Welcome,
My only opinion is this will depend on the location. If it’s private land and the trailer is legally there then there is an argument that the mural is no longer accessible or can be reached safely.
The problem is that the Trailer is likely to be removed at some time therefore revealing the Mural.
Not sure what the correct procedure is so other opinions will be interesting to hear.
Good Luck.
For a post in the Wayspot Appeals category, you should have had prompts that needed to be answered.
When submitting a Wayspot Appeal, make sure to include as much of the following information as possible:
- Wayspot Title:
- Location (lat/lon):
- City:
- Country:
- Screenshot of the Rejection Email (do not include your personal information):
- Additional Information (if any):
This information is needed by staff to process your appeal.
From what I can see in your photos, I would also have the concern that this may be on the outer boundary of SFPRP (Single Family Private Residential Property) and if so, should be removed for that reason.

If the wall belongs to a single family residence, or a school, it is ineligible under the private property rule.
If that’s not the case, then it would depend on making the argument on existence / accessibility of the mural. The container being so close in front implies lack of access to me.
