My pokestop for Village Green Dog Park was Accept and hasn’t shown up in game. Why?

Your Village Green Dog Park is not eligible to be a pokestop because Village Green Park is already a pokestop in this cell.

Never submit something where it doesn’t exist to put it in an empty cell, fyi, but the positions of both of those Wayspots look wrong in satellite view. You can ask help chat to correct them to their actual physical location. The pin for the dog park is on a building and the pin for the park is in a cul-de-sac.
