My wayspot was rejected for being on private property but it's not. It's easily accessible from the public road

Hello, thank you for reviewing my submission. It was rejected for being on private property. I’d like to say that while the wayspot is on my neighbour’s lawn, it’s right at the road. As shown in the pictures, it’s at the curb. One does not need to step on their property to access this spot, it’s easily accessible from the road. Please advise.

Please advise if you’d like better photos. This is a community spot that’s good for walking the dogs or babies and its a good social spot based on the nature of the book exchange. The people who put it up put it there for people to walk to it and use it - it’s not private it’s literally meant for neighbours and community members to visit.

Lastly, all thr other pokestop wayspots i see that are book exchanges and the like fit this criteria: at the curb even though they’re on private property. The neighbours are totally fine with this being a pokestop. Thank you

This means that it is ineligible.

Thanks!

I’d also reject as being unsafe.
