Its just a mound wirh some.big trees, but it is a named thing that seems to be a local touristy feature, I had a quick look and couldnt see a sign, so id be reluctant to submit or vote it through
There is no rejection for natural features. There used to be, but this disappeared a while ago.
Natural features can be eligible, even though sometimes reviewers struggle with them. At least you have an obvious anchor point, unlike for a gorge, so you just have to overcome the “looks like a hillock” reactions 
Normally I would agree about natural feature not being a rejection, but ive had a few tourist attractions rejected through appeal for natural feature lol
