Can someone explain this to me? Should I resubmit?
Hi! This appears to be a sign to ask dog owners to ensure the dogs do their business elsewhere. A “don’t do it” sign is not a great place to explore, exercise or socialize.
I would not suggest resubmitting, and suggest looking for something else that meets the criteria.
