Dont use upgrade on the library imho. Some people might reject it for photo tilted. The car in main photo is ald reason for rejection even though you blur the license plate, some people will be looking reason to reject. Tilted photo is easy rejection. If you want to make upgrade, make sure the photo is perfect 1st so people dont have any doubt.

THis is personal experience. People usually dont like cars in main photo. So try to avoid it whenever is possible. So look into reviewer point of view. Your photo is tilted and it have car . So thats 2 red flag. I am not saying that its 100%rejection. But i dont want wasting upgrade only to get rejection. I know u want to take photo of the entire building, but the sign also work. Just becareful, reflection in the sign also can be rejection reason if the sign is reflective.
I will remember this for next time, if it gets rejected ill try to resubmit it or appeal it

It clearly say library so its good. Not for kids right? Try to get it perfectly straight if possible. I am not saying if this is not possible. But i dont want to give reviewer any chance of rejection.

can tilt it back to normal, but for the main nomination i dont think it should be rejected cuz it has street view+5* rating with 200+ reviews, but u have more experience than me so ill go with ur suggestion
so should i withdraw and then resubmit it or wait until it gets rejected/accepted?
Google review got nothing to do with wayfarer. Reviewer probably wont even check. They only see photo, looks for rejection reason and click
You can wait. I am just giving advice. Doesnt means its gonna be 100% rejected

As u can see i have some of my submission rejected because of photo orientation. So i am just sharing my experience. It may or maynot applicable in your situation.. its good if your submission got accepted but if not, u know what to works in future.
