I’m looking for help writing an appeal for an abuse warning. I submitted a waystop a week ago of a business sign inside a local cafe. It was denied for “being on a k12 facility” and “not permanent distinct”. I appealed, including links to multiple sources, including a 360 view of the inside of the coffee shop, and was denied for “contains abuse”, “not distinct”, and “not at correct location”.
Today I received a warning message in Pokemon Go for violating guidelines. It wasn’t until I saw someone’s post on here where they had accidentally moved a pin while submitting that I went to check the GPS coordinates. Sure enough, the pin is in the parking lot right in front of the cafe.
The frustration of this aside (I have fixed pin locations in submissions in the past, and the cafe is clearly marked on google maps, as well as incorrect location not being listed in the initial denial), how do I correct this situation? I would like to appeal the abuse allegation as this was an honest mistake I was totally unaware of making, and I would still like to submit the coffee shop. (this was especially painful coming during road to go fest when I have sunk a lot of time and money into the game just in the last 48 hours 
)
Any advice on how to word the appeal, what information to include, and how I can still submit the cafe? Thanks!

From the pictures you posted, it looks like you got a warning which pops up when you log into Pokemon Go but does not stop you playing.
If this is the case, take this warning as intended - so, be more careful when submitting wayspots to ensure the location is correct and do not rely on your GPS.
Since you put the pin in the parking lot, it may be difficult to get this warning flag rescinded.
Thanks! Yeah I can still play but my concern is now having a ding on my account, which may lead to a ban if I make another honest mistake some time down the line. I didn’t intentionally put the pin in the parking lot, what if I accidentally shift a pin in the future and get banned for it? I don’t want this on my record which is why I want to appeal.
I’d also like to submit this cafe in the correct location but I’m afraid of being accused of spam. Any thoughts? Should I give up on it entirely?
To be honest this is enough to warn me away from the whole thing entirely. I don’t want to lose my pokemon account over the difference of 30 feet when I wasn’t even told there was a location problem.
It would not be treated as spam to resubmit this.
Spamming is when a blatantly ineligible wayspot is repeatedly submitted. A cafe is definitely not this.
You can’t be told there is a location problem until this is spotted by reviewers (community or internal), as this is the first point at which the location problem can possibly be known. When an incorrect location is flagged by reviewers, Niantic staff look at the submission to determine if the abuse is sufficient to need a warning (such as this), a short-term suspension or a long-term suspension.
You misplaced this wayspot by approximately 85m, putting into an empty cell. However, the actual location of the cafe according to google maps is also an empty cell, so there is scope for arguing that this was accidental.
What submission method did you use - Pokemon Go or the Web Submission?
I used Pokemon Go for the submission, I’m not familiar with the web submission option.
So if the cell the cafe is in hadn’t been empty there would be no way to claim innocence? It’s automatically assumed to be malicious and therefore worthy of a mark on my account?
It just makes it /harder/ to see it as accidental when the correct location would be blocked, but it doesn’t make it impossible. Scopely Explore do have flexibility for understanding that accidents happen - previous threads have shown that when people have had warnings rescinded.
I asked about the method because there is a known issue with the web submit method on phones, as you have to scroll down after choosing the location and it appears to be easy to accidentally moved the location marker without realising. This is not a problem with the Pokemon Go submission route.
Despite the distance of the location error, this does look to me like it was accidental, not intentional. Hopefully Scopely Explore comment or open a DM with you.
