You need to submit edit from game/help chat. You cant ask edit location here.
In the other side. Dont ask for edit location simply to make it appear as pokestop. Its considered abuse and subject to abuse ladder system.
If you are trying to do a location edit, you can use help chat at https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/new/help to request the move if you cannot submit it in game. They will want evidence that the move needs to be done based on the real life position of whatever the wayspot is for.
This is not good reason to change location. As long its accesible to people in the area, its still eligible. Some wayspot in gated community (condominium, apartment, office) is still eligible even though its only accesible to its resident/worker.
