New Wayspot doesnt shows up for everyone

Hello,

Yesterday morning, one of my new Wayspots was approved. Since the PokéStop sync in our area usually happens between 8 and 9 p.m. local time every day, it appeared on the Pokémon GO map for me and my brother around 8 p.m., and we could use it normally.

I then sent it to my friend to let him know there was a new one nearby (about 300 meters from his house), but he said he couldn’t see it yet, even though I could. Could it be that it takes up to 48 hours to appear for everyone? It just seems strange that I can already see it.

Can anyone help me with this?

If the sync has happened then everyone should be able to see it.

Usually a game restart fixes everything.

Let me know if you have any more questions🤗

Hello, thanks for your suggestion, but unfortunately that didn’t help either. He also restarted his phone, and the app is up to date.

Did you see it from pogo scanner?

I can see it normally like I Spinned it already and stuff like it’s just there Like any other PokeStop.

Can you provide current screenshots from both phones to show the bug.

Hello, sorry for the late reply. My friend wasn’t home last night, so I couldn’t check whether they were there at that time. He has now sent me pictures and confirmed that they are there. So I assume that for some players they appeared after 24 hours, and for others only after 48 hours. Thank you all very much for your help :folded_hands:

They should appear at the same time for everyone, perhaps there was a cache issue or a network issue.
